We'll since my hiatus is over (YAY!!) I can update now as much as I want haha! XD

SO!! With that said, I'm gonna update this little thing that I actually finished a while ago that I had collecting dust in my Sta.sh just waiting to be submited .3.

But anyways, I just wanted to take the time to explore the..."psychological" aspect of the Fairy!AU with you bros because in this AU, it's gonna get deep and I don't wanna confuse you guys! So, I decided to write out exactly how it runs through Romano's brain about the aspects of love and how he feels and thinks about it and why he acts the way he does~ (in my AU anyway)

<sub>I just wanna give a tiny little bit of info about Lovi's past and why he actually refuses to accept love~ (I just wanna bring this out to give you bros an understanding ;w; )

Okay so, you know that Grandpa Rome never let Lovi out of the house (hence the 1st comic of the 13 DAYS challenge). Telling him, and advising him to not interact with anybody, hoping for him to stay out of trouble and not hurt anybody. Of course, Lovi picks up on this and learns actually WHY he's supposed to stay inside all the time. And due to "incidents" that happen in his past (which, we'll get to as soon as we get to the chapter about Romano's past), he soon accepts and understands the reason why.

While he grows older, he soon gets under this impression that nature does not let fire be around anything, and fire is not supposed to interact and share anything with anybody else. Making fire a destructive weapon rather than something helpful. "That's the way it's supposed to be" and "It is what it is"</sub>

<sub>He's afraid of loving someone, afraid of hurting, not only himself, but his partner as well. And not only physically, but emotionally too. Remember, that he still has a hard time controlling his power, and he can't even touch anyone, let alone kissing, or hugging someone without hurting or burning them or worse.

He feels that his power was put on him as a curse and he's just really really scared of hurting someone in that way. That's why (well, in my AU anyway), he's really hesitant around Spain. Well yes, he does like him…a lot XD But, in his head, he's actually really scared of Spain, and what Romano's like around him. In his head, Antonio is actually just a test. A test that mother nature sent down to tease and test Romano to see if he's learned anything about what fire is meant to do, if anything has stayed the same since his past (which, actually has). Is he going to stand strong and not risk hurting Spain and leave him, or is he going to fall for the trap and live a life of fear, and worry and that Spain might soon leave once he does something really bad.

Romano does have this impression of how love is going to work for him if he tries. He meets someone he really loves, who really loves him back , but once he does something that hurts the one he loves, his love one is going to turn his back and want nothing to do with him anymore, leaving Romano in the dust. And that process will be on repeat over and over and over again.

And, again XD, in MY Au, the name calling and bad attitude and cussing and insulting, is all an act for people to stay away from him. (yes, he's grown sour over time, but he intensifies it a bit more) He does that so people look at him in a bad way, so nobody would be able to look at him, let alone like him. He uses it kind of as a shield in a way, so faeries would back off, so he or they don't get tempted to interact or hurt them. (i-if that makes sense ;w; )

That's why he's so mean and negative towards Spain calling him horrible names. It's just so Spain doesn't get too close to Romano, and to just make him go away so he doesn't keep wanting to get closer to him and get hurt.

He's just trapped in this bubble of negative space because of what people have called him, and what his peers have told him what and what not to do. He's honestly a scared fairy who feels like he destroys everything he touches. 

His mind is revolved around risk, courage, darkness, and most importantly, fear. He hates his power and wishes he never had it, but not only that, he fears it as well. He's taught by Spain actually, that your power is a part of you, and it makes you who you are. Which gets Romano thinking, is he afraid of what his power might do…or is he just afraid of himself~?</sub>


PHEW!! Okay wow! I think I've explained enough! I think you bros get the jist of it >w< And I just wanted to give you that piece of info, so you bros wouldn't be lost in the psychological side of this AU .w.

(and if you can't tell what Romano's holding, it's ashes…you know…from…yeah~ For better or for worse, right?)
